My name is Jacob Stanczak. I am the creator of this site and the man with the plan. My goal is to provide accessible, friendly technology support to people in my community and beyond. I have worked in the field of technology and networking for over 10 years, beginning with computer building and cell phone repair. Today, I work as an Internet Service Field Technician, installing Wi-Fi, cable, and phone services for homes and businesses across Massachusetts, Connecticut, and Vermont.

In my line of work, I often notice many people who express difficulty setting up and using the vast variety of technologies that have invaded our lives. It seems many people don’t have someone in their lives who can assist them and teach these ever-changing technologies. I’d like to offer my know-how and time to those in need. I believe people deserve sincere care and guidance in the realm of tech, instead of relying on a stranger across the world who may be looking for a way to scam them. The bill shouldn’t be confusing, and your phone shouldn’t be pretending to be good for you. It would be my pleasure to serve you, your friends, and your family to ensure a safe, reliable, and efficient connection with whatever devices you may be working with.

This effort is not driven by profit, nor is it intended to function as a traditional service platform. My motivation comes from a genuine desire to help others navigate technology with confidence and peace of mind.
